Serves 4:

• 21,76 oz of mascarpone
• 1,41 ozg of cane sugar
• 3,53 oz of CREAM OF CHESTNUT
• 1,41 oz of rum
• 7,05 oz of COFFEE CHESTNUTS
• 1,41 oz of liquid chocolate

Method:

Whisk the mascarpone together with the cane sugar, add the CREAM OF CHESTNUT and the rum. Pour the mixture into the bowls, garnish with the COFFEE CHESTNUT, dribble with chocolate sauce, place in the fridge for around 2 hours and serve.
