BLACK OLIVE MALTAGLIATI PASTA WITH PEPPER SAUCE

Method:

Place the flour on a pastry board, make a crevice in the middle, crack the egg into the crevice and begin to mix together, add the OLIVE PATÉ and continue to knead the dough until you obtain a smooth ball. Roll out the Pasta and cut it into irregular shapes (Maltagliati). Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water, strain well and add the PEPPER SAUCE directly from the jars, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
