ARTICHOKE
LASAGNE

Method:
Place layer of lasagne in a oven-proof dish, cover the pasta with some of the ARTICHOKE SAUCE, béchamel and grated cheese; continue to repeat this process until you have used all the lasagne, place in the oven at 200°c for around 30 minutes to cook au gratin. Serve hot. P.S. With the same process, but substituting the ARTICHOKE SAUCE with GENOAN PESTO, you can make a delicious Pesto Lasagne. |
