TROFIE PASTA WITH GENOAN PESTO

Serves 4:

  • 11.29 oz Trofie pasta
  • 3,17 oz GENOAN PESTO
  • extra virgin olive oil to taste

Method:

Cook the Trofie in plenty of salted water, in the meantime, place 3 tablespoons of the cooking water in a bowl, add the GENOAN PESTO, strain the Trofie well and place them in the bowl, add a little extra virgin olive oil, mix well and serve hot.
