LEMON "SEMIFREDDO" WITH STRAWBERRY SAUCE

Serves 10:

  • 5 egg yolks
  • 4,41 oz of sugar
  • 2,12 oz of LEMON MARMALADE
  • 15,87 oz of whipped cream

For the sauce:

  • 10,58 oz of strawberries
  • 1,76 oz of water
  • 1,06 oz of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of orange liqueur

Method:

Beat the egg yolks energetically with the sugar until you obtain a white mixture; mix in the LEMON MARMALADE, then add the whipped cream, pour the mixture into the moulds and place in the freezer. Cut the strawberries into little pieces and pour over the orange liqueur, leave them to macerate for around an hour. Serve the "semifreddo" (ice cream) with the strawberry sauce.
